Culpability is not an emergency dispatch service. Always call 911 in any life-threatening situation. Culpability supplements — it does not replace — emergency services.
Guarantee your physical safety or prevent harm
Culpability is a documentation and communication tool. It cannot prevent a dangerous situation from occurring.
Guarantee that emergency services will respond
Emergency response times and outcomes depend on local authorities and circumstances outside Culpability’s control.
Store recordings on your device
Recordings are backed up to the cloud automatically. This protects your evidence even if your phone is lost, damaged, or seized.
Monitor your location without your active consent
Location sharing only occurs when you actively initiate a recording or SOS alert. Culpability does not passively track your location.
