What’s the difference between Emergency Contact plans and Circles plans?
Emergency Contact plans expand your personal SOS network — more people get notified when you trigger an alert. Circles plans let you create a community group where members can share resources, make announcements, and coordinate together. They are separate products and can be used independently or together.
Who can use Circles plans?
Anyone. Circles plans are for individuals, families, community groups, schools, churches, advocacy organizations — anyone who wants to build a coordinated safety network.
Can I have both an Emergency Contact plan and a Circles plan?
Yes — they are completely independent subscriptions. You can hold both at the same time.
What is the admin panel add-on for Circles?
The admin panel add-on lets you manage your Circles from a web browser in addition to the mobile app. It is available as an optional add-on on all three Circles plans.
