    Our Vetting Standards

Every resource is reviewed against these criteria before it appears in the Culpability app. We take this responsibility seriously β€” our users depend on the accuracy of what we publish.

    Accurate & Up to Date

Information must be current and factually verified. Outdated legal information can cause real harm.

    Freely Accessible

Resources must be free for users to access. No paywalls, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

    Community Relevant

Must directly support the communities Culpability serves β€” primarily Black and brown communities.

    Credible Source

Must come from a verifiable organization, legal body, government agency, or recognized expert.

    Not Accepted

We do not accept resources that are politically motivated, commercially driven, or unverified.

    Review Timeline

We aim to review all submissions within 5–7 business days. You’ll be notified by email either way.
