Resources must be free for users to access. No paywalls, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

Must directly support the communities Culpability serves β primarily Black and brown communities.

Must come from a verifiable organization, legal body, government agency, or recognized expert.

We do not accept resources that are politically motivated, commercially driven, or unverified.
